Miami Florida Latin Theme Entertainment
It may be too early for the bands
to play, but there's still plenty of entertainment
for salsa lovers in Miami.
Why not start your day with a fresh, healthy breakfast at the
Front Porch Cafe. It's got great views of the waterfront. Try
the scrambled eggs and cheese with a side of granola pancakes
with chocolate chips. Yummy!
There is plenty of entertainment
for Latin music fans throughout the year in Miami. It's definitely
time for a taste of the tropical at the Puerto Rico Plantain
Festival in January.
In March, Calle Ocho celebrates
Cuban ties with a festival
of Latin music, food and culture. Salsa
dancers will enjoy the chance to dance to some Cuban
tropical music.
In October, the place to be is
Sunset Drive for the Festival of the Americas. There's music, salsa
bands, salsa dancing and food at this big Latin
theme party.
Other major events throughout
the year include the ultimate in antique shopping at the Miami
Beach Antique Show in January and the South Beach Wine and Food
Festival in February. Take to the water for Miami Riverday in
March and enjoy the tastiest food at Easter Seals Festival of
Chefs in May. In August, build sandcastles on Ocean Drive at
the Super Sand Blast and enjoy the Afro
Cuban Festival in September. Follow the MIAMI CONGA LINE on MySpace!
It was a fabulous evening of hot Havana
